Contract Manager
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain existing service contracts with clients in oil & gas, wind, industry, waste incineration, and marine sectors.
• Coordinate quotes, pricing, and project execution with internal teams (Field Service Engineers, planners, financial colleagues).
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of assignments: ensure reports, timesheets, and client approvals are complete.
• Act as contract owner: ensure smooth workflow, proper documentation, and client communication.
• Collaborate closely with technical and financial colleagues using a four-eye principle for approvals.
• Maintain strong client communication, including occasional evening or urgent calls.
• Support team growth and succession planning as part of a strategic, developing team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague:
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Business Administration (starters are welcome!)
• Strong affinity for both technology and commercial business services.
• Driver's license B.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Flexible, decisive, and proactive attitude.
• Customer-focused, process-oriented, and strong communication skills.
• Working from home is possible upon consultation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Haves
• Previous experience in contract management, project coordination, or technical sales support.
• Experience with commercial or service-oriented roles in engineering environments.
• Knowledge of legal and financial contract aspects (though not mandatory).
• Experience in dynamic client environments with varied and complex projects.
