HR Contact Officer
For a large organisation in the energy sector, we are looking for a temporary HR Contact Officer. In this role, you are the first point of contact for employees and managers with HR-related questions.Your responsibilities
- Answer HR-related questions via phone and ticketing system- Advise on HR products, services, processes and systems
- Monitor and handle open HR tickets
- Identify improvement opportunities within HR processes
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to continuously improve service delivery
Your profile
- HBO / Bachelor level of thinking and working- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Educational background in HRM, Business Administration or similar
- Service-oriented and proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills
About the role
You genuinely help colleagues by providing clear and complete HR information. You work accurately, switch easily between tasks and actively contribute to improving HR services.Location: Rotterdam + hybrid
