Regional Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for market development, key account management, team leadership, and revenue growth within the assigned office/region. This role focuses on building strong relationships with major apparel brands and garment factories, driving customized product development, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and payment recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Sales Strategy
- Conduct market research and customer analysis for the assigned region
- Develop regional sales targets and execution plans
- Drive the conversion of potential customers into long-term clients
- Identify and secure next-season and next-year product development opportunities
- Maintain relationships with major brand customers
- Support brand designer interactions for customized product development
- Coordinate with garment factories for client visits, negotiations, and execution
- Lead regional customer satisfaction surveys
- Ensure timely recovery of sales payments
- Build and manage the regional sales team
- Oversee daily office operations
- Guide pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service implementation
- Organize and lead weekly and monthly meetings
- Work closely with internal business teams on product development
- Support strategic customer acquisition and retention initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the garment accessories industry
- Proven success developing and maintaining at least one well-known brand with
annual purchasing volume ≥ RMB 1 million - Experience leading a sales team of 3+ people
