Work Planner
We Are Renewables is looking for a Work Planner for one of our clients in the energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the customer on the planning, execution and EHS aspects.
- Participating in project teams.
- Define the required materials, (measuring) tools and capacity.
- Requesting quotations and ordering materials.
- Coordinating any engineering activities in preparation for the execution work.
- Compiling and checking working documents that are necessary for the execution of the assignment.
- Conducting QC, risk analyses, workplace inspections, toolbox meetings.
- Monitoring progress (time, money, quality) and making adjustments if necessary.
- Instructing and training (hired) employees.
- Analyzing and processing test data in reports to internal and external customers.
- Archiving relevant documents.
- (Technical) support of Sales and/or Project Managers.
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering, power engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering. (MBO+/HBO)
- Scheduling systems
- Project Handling
- Engineering Processes
- Quality assurance, environmental legislation and safety rules.
- Reporting and management techniques.
- English and Dutch language.
- Production management systems and MS-office packages.
- Product knowledge and product guidelines.
