About the Role
We are an independent fashion brand expanding our presence across Northern and Central Europe. To support this growth, we are looking for experienced Sales Representatives with active, ready-to-use relationships with boutiques and small retail chains.
This role is fully focused on direct wholesale sales to retailers. We are not targeting wholesalers or distributors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage direct wholesale sales to boutiques and small retail chains
- Sell men’s and women’s apparel, with a main focus on:
- Soft jackets
- Outerwear jackets
- Raincoats
- Puffy jackets
- Sweatshirts
- Present and sell collections via:
- Pre-order model (starting with AW26)
- Fast fashion / in-season sales, offering ready assortments from available stock
- Build long-term relationships with retailers and act as the main commercial contact
- Achieve seasonal sales targets and support brand growth in the assigned territory
- Provide market feedback on pricing, trends, and customer demand
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in fashion wholesale
- Fresh and active direct connections with boutiques and small retail chains in the assigned region
- Ability to start selling immediately using an existing retailer network
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience selling outerwear and jackets is a strong advantage
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven working style
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
