- Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and specialists to solve complex challenges related to design, fabrication, installation, and operation.
- Act as a technical authority for offshore wind cable projects and tenders, providing expert engineering input throughout project execution.
- Support tendering and commercial activities, including technical reviews, clarifications, and participation in client meetings.
- Contribute to the selection and contracting of cable and cable protection system suppliers.
- Establish and maintain key design management tools, such as design schedules, risk and opportunity registers, decision logs, and design management plans.
- Drive and contribute to innovative R&D initiatives that enhance engineering solutions and project performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with an EPCI contractor in the marine or offshore sector.
- Strong technical judgement, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
