Customer Service Officer
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Customer Service Officer for one of our clients in the energy sector.
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll join VertiCer's service desk team, currently consisting of five colleagues. Together, you'll be VertiCer's first point of contact. Friendly communication (both via email and phone) and accurate information are key. Our team fosters a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
The work consists of being available by telephone 1 to 2 days a week (from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4pm).
You'll also answer incoming questions by email or forward them to other colleagues within VertiCer. You'll also handle any back-office tasks.
Responsibilities
- You enjoy helping people by providing the right information
- You can work well in a team; you can obtain information or advice from your VertiCer colleagues
- You are friendly and patient (but also firm) on the phone.
- You can quickly switch between various topics. Our contacts are diverse groups, such as producers, traders, and grid operators.
- You are meticulous. This is necessary because we work for the Ministry.
- You have at least an MBO work and thinking level
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience at a service desk or helpdesk (in the energy sector);
- You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and good in English;
- Demonstrable knowledge of MS Power App, Outlook and Excel;
