We ARE Renewables is looking for a Materials Manager for one of our clients in infrastructure industry. As an equipment manager, you'll be responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and renewal of our equipment. You'll ensure that everything used on our projects remains in top condition. From their Cruquius location, you'll oversee equipment throughout the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the technical procurement of equipment and maintain contact with suppliers;
- Develop maintenance protocols, monitor their execution, and oversee certification and inspection status;
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure resources are used efficiently and sustainably;
- Lead projects related to corporate branding, sustainability, and innovation within the equipment department;
- Work closely with colleagues from workshops, project teams, and procurement to continuously improve our equipment management;
- Report to the branch manager and work in a small, close-knit team where colleagues know each other, support one another, and celebrate successes together.
Requirements:
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of mobile equipment or a comparable technical field;
- Experience with construction and infrastructure equipment;
- Technically proficient, analytically strong and organizationally sharp;
- Have a structured way of working and strong computer skills;
- Socially skilled and a team player, communicating easily with technicians, suppliers, and project teams;
- Dutch language, spoken and written.

Hours per week: 40 hours
