Finance Project Controller
De uitdaging:
Als Finance Project Controller ‘Real Estate’ maak jij deel uit van de afdeling Business Guidance (BGN) en ondersteun je met jouw werkzaamheden het ‘Strategisch Real Estate’ team (BTO-RE&FM), de afdeling verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van vastgoedoplossingen passend bij TenneT’s groei en operationele behoeftes.
Afdeling Facility Management (FM):
De afdeling Facility Management (FM) is binnen de TenneT-organisatie verantwoordelijk voor alle kantoor- en gebouwfaciliteiten met waarborging van de vitale primaire processen voor TenneT in Nederland en Duitsland. De afdeling betreft een regieorganisatie conform het 'demand-supply' model waarbij een nauwe samenwerking is met een groot aantal contractpartijen. Het contractenportfolio is zeer divers en bestaat uit technische diensten (zoals bouwkundig onderhoud, installatietechnisch onderhoud, technische security, etc.), projecten en facilitaire diensten (zoals receptie, handyman, servicedesk, mobiliteit, etc.) in zowel kantooromgevingen als business kritische (industriële) locaties zoals datacenters.
Functie:
Als Finance Project Controller ‘Real Estate’ krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een aantal eigen projecten. Samen met je collega’s van BGN en BTO-RE&FM zorg je dat deze projecten voorspelbaar zijn en binnen goedgekeurde tijdslijnen en budgetten worden gerealiseerd. Een rol met impact.
Wat doe je als Finance Project Controller ‘Real Estate’ bij TenneT?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor evenwichtige besluitvorming samen met de van toepassing zijnde business counterpart, waarbij zowel projectbelangen als de belangen van TenneT als geheel in overweging worden genomen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle relevante beslissingen worden genomen met een getrouw beeld van de resultaten en risico's;
- Je realiseert de Planning- en Control cyclus voor jouw eigen Afdeling (en levert een bijdrage aan het verder optimaliseren/ professionaliseren hiervan). Dit houdt in: Budget- en Latest Estimate planning en het zorgdragen voor adequate management- en projectrapportages over de (financiële) voortgang van projectactiviteiten. Dit alles zodat de juiste beslissingen kunnen worden genomen en onze business processen en -resultaten kunnen worden geoptimaliseerd;
- Je bent de sparringpartner voor het projectmanagement ten behoeve van het bereiken van de projectdoelstellingen door gevraagd en ongevraagd advies te geven;
- Je analyseert de (financiële) voortgang van de activiteiten voor wat betreft planning, budget, scope en kwaliteit, je signaleert bedreigingen en zorgt ervoor dat er tijdig actie wordt ondernomen en dat er wordt bijgestuurd;
- Je levert een bijdrage bij het opstellen en reviewen van Investeringsdocumenten documenten ten behoeve van diverse besluitvormingsorganen.
Gevraagd:
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in (financieel) management van grote bouwprojecten, bij voorkeur real estate projecten en hebt uitgebreide werkervaring in controlling;
- Je hebt ruime ervaring met omvangrijke vastgoed programma’s/projecten in de utiliteitsbouw in diverse contractvormen (UAV/UAV-GC)
- Je hebt universitair werk- en denkniveau en een relevante afgeronde opleiding zoals bijvoorbeeld bedrijfseconomie, bedrijfskunde, accountancy of controlling;
- Je bent ervaren met het gebruik van Excel, rapportage tools zoals als Analytics for Office en Power BI en relevante financiële (ERP) systemen. Ervaring met het werken in SAP (S4/HANA) is een pré;
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Je bent een teamspeler die denkt vanuit het teambelang maar bent ook in staat om zelfstandig te opereren. Jij neemt waar nodig de regie.
