On-site Service Coordinator
We Are Renewables is looking for an On-site Service Coordinator to join one of our clients in the Netherlands. In this role, you’ll be the on-site lead for service operations at one or more hospital locations. You’ll ensure medical systems run smoothly, meet service agreements, and support high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day service operations at customer hospital sites
- Coordinate, plan, and oversee maintenance of third-party systems
- Ensure first- and second-line troubleshooting is handled promptly and effectively
- Organize and monitor annual preventive maintenance planning and execution
- Track, document, and follow up on malfunctions and third-party service interventions
- Maintain up-to-date service records, installed base, SLA compliance, and contact lists
- Act as liaison between hospital departments and external technicians
- Develop long-term, collaborative relationships with customers to support strategic goals
- Identify service bottlenecks and contribute to process and performance improvements
- Represent the client professionally and reliably at the customer site
- Provide regular reporting on system performance and service delivery
- Comply with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and internal standards
- Support ongoing personal and technical development through training and goal setting
Your Profile:
- A completed technical higher vocational education (HBO) or equivalent practical experience
- Solid foundational knowledge of medical imaging systems and healthcare technology
- Proven experience in customer service, technical coordination, or field engineering
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solver with a proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a hospital setting
- Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and within timelines
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with following and optimizing service processes
- Holder of a valid driver's license (Category B)
- Open to continuous learning and feedback
Location: Various hospital sites in the central of NL (e.g., Utrecht, Hilversum, The Hague, Zaandam, Breda)
Hours per week: 40 hours
