Documentalist
Collects, checks and analyses data and processes it into overviews, specifications, reports and/or orders in the system; Ensures that documents are stored and managed in accordance with the client standards and legislation and regulations; Delivers the required information and documents from the information system to internal and external stakeholders; Monitors the submission, response and retention periods of the relevant documents; Takes minutes of meetings and monitors progress of Actions, Decisions and Issues.
You have an MBO/HBO work and thinking level with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience; You have at least 3 years of recent and demonstrable experience in successfully managing documentation and information provision within projects or organizations in new construction and/or management and maintenance projects in infrastructure-technically oriented organizations (preferably in the energy sector); You have an affinity with document management/information management packages and reporting; You are professional, analytical, flexible, independent, and a problem-solver, enabling you to organize and plan your work effectively. These qualities are essential due to the dynamic nature of projects and the organization. You are environmentally aware and organizationally sensitive, enabling you to collaborate effectively with project team members and internal and external stakeholders.
