Contractbeheerder
Als ervaren Contractbeheerder bij de opdrachtgever maak je deel uit van de dienst Contractmanagement. In samenwerking met het contractmanagementteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van alle contractuele aspecten binnen onze projecten. Werken als contractbeheerder bij de opdrachtgever betekent werken in een omgeving vol variatie — in projecten, mensen en vraagstukken. Je bent adviseur, onderhandelaar, beslisser en probleemoplosser in één. Dat vraagt om uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke coördinatie tussen de verschillende interne diensten, onderaannemers en klanten.
Taken & verantwoordelijkheden:
- Opstellen van brieven, contractuele waarschuwingen en formele correspondentie.
- Uitwerken van dossiers voor compenseerbare voorvallen, in samenwerking met de afdelingen calculatie en planning.
- Opstellen van offertes in overleg met calculatie en planning.
- Opmaken, evalueren en onderhandelen van onderaannemings- en leverancierscontracten.
- Toezien op de naleving van alle contractuele verplichtingen gedurende de volledige projectduur, zowel richting klant als onderaannemers en leveranciers.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met leveranciers en onderaannemers, en optreden als contactpersoon bij contractuele vraagstukken.
- Zorgen voor een correcte en gestructureerde administratie van alle contractdocumentatie en correspondentie.
- Communiceren met alle betrokken partijen over contractuele aangelegenheden.
- Opstellen, opvolgen en bewaken van complianceprocessen, en tijdig signaleren van mogelijke non-compliance.
Bevoegdheden:
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het Hoofd Contractmanagement.
- Je werkt zelfstandig binnen je toegewezen bevoegdheden en onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met onderaannemers, leveranciers en klanten.
Competenties:
- Master in de Rechten, of Burgerlijk/Industrieel Ingenieur van opleiding.
- Grondige kennis van de Belgische wetgeving.
- Ervaring met zowel de private als de publieke markt.
- Sterke affiniteit met het managen van technische, juridische en financiële projecten.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in contractmanagement.
- Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, met een goede beheersing van Engels en Frans.
- Vertrouwd met juridische en contractuele terminologie.
