Functie:
Het inrichten, leiden en aansturen van een aantal grote projecten binnen een aandachtsgebied zodanig dat het projectresultaat gerealiseerd wordt binnen de vastgelegde afspraken en criteria, op een doelmatige wijze en in lijn met TenneT standaarden.
Belangrijkste werkzaamheden omvatten:
- Begeleiden van het projectteam (deelprojectleiders, bouwleiders, voorbereiders en engineers) en externe medewerkers en het oplossen van organisatorische en technische problemen;
- Opstellen van projectplannen, afstemmen van het plan en de begroting met de opdrachtgever, vertalen van het projectplan naar een projectuitvoering- en projectbeheersplan en het samenstellen van de projectorganisatie;
- Coördineren en aansturen van het team van de partijen die bij de uitvoering betrokken zijn (bouwpartners, leveranciers, ingenieursbureaus)
- Uitvoeren van projectmanagement en het bespreken, beoordelen en accepteren van opleveringen van leveranciers en adviseurs;
- Het opstellen van beslisdocumenten, evaluaties en rapportages en het zorg dragen voor kwaliteit, ARBO en milieuzaken;
- Het verzorgen van rapportages aan de opdrachtgever;
- Het afstemmen en de uitvoering van projectaangelegenheden met diverse interne en externe stakeholders, te denken aan de overige businessunits van TenneT, de Regionale Netbeheerders, het bevoegde gezag, vergunningverleners, ontheffingverleners, bedrijven en particulieren.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt HBO+ /WO werk- en denk niveau en minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding;
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar recente ervaring met het succesvol leiden van zeer grote/ complexe, (elektro)-technische en/of infrastructurele projecten in technisch georiënteerde organisaties (bij voorkeur in de energiebranche);
- Je hebt ervaring met grote (>10 MLN) renovaties “brown-field” projecten en bent bekend met de wereld van netbeheerders;
- Je hebt ruime ervaring met projectmatig werken conform Prince 2;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden en bent in staat om de activiteiten goed te organiseren en te (laten) plannen;
- Je wordt door je omgeving omschreven als professioneel, omgevingsbewust, daadkrachtig en onafhankelijk;
- Je hebt (ruime) ervaring met verschillende contractvormen. Aantoonbaar opgedane kennis en ervaring op het gebied van UAV-GC contracten en SCB is een hele duidelijke pré;
- De belangrijkste competenties voor een succesvol Senior Projectmanager zijn o.a.; Teamwerk, Analytisch, leiderschap, resultaatgericht en samenwerken;
- Kandidaat dient de Nederlandse taal volledig machtig te zijn.
