Human Resource Business Partner
We ARE Renewables is looking for an interim HR Business Partner for a client of ours in the energy industry.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Management Team as a full member, contributing HR expertise to strategic and operational decisions.

• Implement and guide the concrete HR actions for 2026 together with the integrated HR team and business.
• Provide HR advice and interventions aligned with the challenges and needs of the business.
• Lead and guide major change processes within the department.
• Work data-driven, using insights and analytics to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Build support among management and employees for HR initiatives and policies.
• Drive the continuous improvement of HR services within System Operations.
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues from various disciplines to ensure optimal HR
support.
Requirements:
• You have a university working and thinking level with an educational background in HRM or business administration.
• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a complex organization.
• You have experience in joining a MT and are able to collaborate effectively with HR colleagues from various disciplines to optimally support System Operations.
• You have experience in project management and in guiding major change processes.
• You work data-driven in your work.
You'll also be part of the System Operations Management Team. You'll take responsibility as a member of the Management Team and contribute your expertise and field of expertise.
