Jouw rol:
Jij controleert op en rapporteert over de werkzaamheden die wij op regie-basis (UAV-GC) hebben uitgezet. Daarbij zorg je voor een veilige werkplek veilig. Je stuurt op efficiëntie en doelmatigheid, maar creëert ook een cultuur waar mensen zich uit durven te spreken. Je bent de ogen en oren op de bouwplaats van de Project Lead. Samen met een team van specialisten creëer je een prettige werksfeer om optimaal te kunnen presteren.
Een greep uit je werkzaamheden:
- Beoordelen van ontwerpen op praktische uitvoerbaarheid en laten opstellen van uitvoeringplannen en inspectieplannen.
- Tijdens de aanbestedingsfase beoordelen van de aanbestedingsdocumenten, specificaties en offertes.
- Het faciliteren/managen van de interfaces tussen de diverse uitvoeringscontracten, op locatie uitvoeren van contractmanagement en het beoordelen en accepteren van geleverd werk.
- Bewaken van de project voortgang op de bouwplaats binnen de gestelde kaders voor de aspecten veiligheid, tijd, geld, kwaliteit èn risico's. Hierop beoordeel en toets je de processen bij de aannemers.
- Voorbereiden, organiseren en faciliteren van de werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats en/of uit te voeren projecten tot en met overdracht naar beheer.
- Opstellen van rapportages en evaluaties en zorg dragen voor informatievoorziening naar de projectleiding en andere omgevingspartijen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de Project Lead Construction in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je bent onderdeel van het projectteam onder leiding van de Project Lead met o.a. een Lead Engineer, Contractmanager, Omgevingsmanager en Project Coördinator. In jouw area deel je kennis en ervaringen met andere Sitemanagers.

Wat breng jij mee?
Opleiding en Taalvaardigheid
- Je hebt MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau in de richting Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbaar richting.
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal op professioneel niveau.
Technische Ervaring
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in technisch relevante gebieden, bij voorkeur civiele techniek en/of kabelverbindingen.
- Ervaring met hoogspanningsverbindingen is een pré (maar niet vereist).
Projectmanagement en Kennis
- Je hebt ervaring met grote complexe bouwprojecten en bent bekend met projectmethodieken zoals PRINCE2 en IPMA (D/C).
- Zowel traditioneel (UAV) als modern (UAV-GC) contractmanagement zijn jou niet vreemd en weet je je toe te verhouden.
- Je hebt kennis van SCB (Systeemgerichte Contract Beheersing).
