Lead Work Preparator
For the tender Groene Rivier Well, we are looking for immediate support from an experienced professional to complement the existing project team. The tender involves a project with a highly integrated character, covering area development, large civil structures, dike reinforcement, façade work on existing houses, and road construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up phasing plans (and alternative scenarios);
- Preparing the associated soil balance;
- Developing smart and distinctive work methods;
- Elaborating concepts and acting as a sounding board for the team regarding feasibility.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, collaborative, and a team player;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, preferably with a background in Offshore & Dredging Engineering or Maritime Infrastructure;
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable and relevant experience in earthworks and soil balance;
- Experience in supporting projects and managing external engineers and suppliers;
- Excellent command of Dutch (required) and good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Independent, practical, and creative personality who can solve problems, make decisions, and work effectively in project teams.
