We ARE Renewables is looking for a Planner Koepel for one of our clients in the enegineering sector in Antwerp Belgium
Vacatureomschrijving
In de rol van Planner Koepel ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het planningsbeheer van de algemene planning. Je ondersteunt de verschillende deelgebieden waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij overkoepelende activiteiten, compenseerbare voorvallen, dashboards en raakvlakkenbeheer. Ook bewaak je de Primavera-database en coördineer je het opstellen van tijd-wegdiagrammen en resourceoverzichten.
Taken
  • Je beheert de algemene planning en zorgt dat alles correct en up-to-date blijft.
  • Je stemt aankopen af met het inkoopteam en verwerkt deze in de planning.
  • Je voegt raakvlakmijlpalen vanuit de vergunningencoördinator toe aan de planning.
  • Je bewaakt de raakvlakken tussen de verschillende deelgebiedplanningen en coördineert de buffers.
  • Je zorgt dat de planning uniform blijft en levert input aan de verantwoordelijke planningsbeheer.
  • Je stelt resourceoverzichten op en rapporteert deze aan het team.
  • Je werkt mee aan de projectrapportages en zorgt voor duidelijke en overzichtelijke rapporten.
  • Je werkt tijd-wegdiagrammen uit en houdt ze actueel.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op risicoanalyses en geeft verbeterpunten aan.
Functie-eisen
  • Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. 
  • Je hebt kennis en ervaring met projectmanagement en bent idealiter gecertificeerd in Prince2, PMP of IPMA C/D.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met projectmanagementsoftware zoals Oracle Primavera P6, MS Excel, Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, TILOS, TurboChart, MS Project, SharePoint en/of Relatics.
  • Je hebt ervaring met contractmanagement en risicomanagement.
  • Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels uitstekend, in woord én geschrift.
  • Je hebt ervaring met werken in technische projecten in verschillende fasen.
  • Je bent positief-kritisch, flexibel en proactief.
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd, en je bent analytisch sterk.
  • Je hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten en kan een team aansturen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en beschikt over goede sociale vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar relevante werkervaring en kunt zelfstandig werken.
