HR Integration Consultant
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage integrations between Workday and SAP S/4HANA, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and SAP BTP Cloud Integration.
• Manage authorization, security, and certificate management (SSL) for secure communication between systems, in accordance with Stedin's architecture and security guidelines.
• Develop and maintain custom components in Workday reporting (RAAS) and SAP ABAP for integration purposes.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot existing integration solutions, including connections to external platforms such as Azure APIM and Service Bus.
• Perform technical analyses, document integration designs, and advise on integration strategy and best practices.
Requirements:
HBO/WO working and thinking level in IT, computer science or similar.
• 5-10 years of IT experience, including 2+ years with Workday integrations and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, HCM processes and Payroll.
• Experience with SAP BTP Cloud Integration, ABAP development and certificate management (SSL).
• Familiar with integration standards such as REST, SOAP, OData, JSON, XML and tools like Azure APIM.
• Strong analytical skills, good communication skills and fluent in Dutch.
