Business Analyst
Define and refine document management requirements in collaboration with end users; Log, track, and manage change requests related to Thinkproject usage across all 2GW projects; Execute testing of new features and changes alongside document managers and controllers; Coordinate with the Thinkproject vendor to align implementations with user needs; Maintain oversight of system integration efforts and ensure changes are adopted effectively; Communicate regularly with the internal Product Owner and report to the Head of DCS; Proactively manage your own schedule and stakeholder engagement.
You have a bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position with experience with complex, infrastructural projects within organizations comparable with (client side) or for example within a contractor; Experience with document management in infrastructure or capital project environments is a plus; Understanding of Thinkproject or similar CDE platforms (excluding SharePoint); Comfortable using Jira and Confluence; Professional proficiency in Dutch and English; Structured, independent worker with strong stakeholder skills and delivery focus; Able to operate across multiple active projects with minimal supervision, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
