Manager Werkvoorbereiding & Uitvoering
Als Manager Werkvoorbereiding & Uitvoering heb je de algemene leiding en sturing over de teams werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Je zorgt voor afstemming en integratie tussen de verschillende deelprojecten en bewaakt de processen die zijn vastgelegd in het deelmanagementplan W&U. Je draagt zorg voor de tijdige en budgettaire realisatie van de projectdoelen en bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het bewaken en beheersen van projectrisico’s en opportuniteiten.
- Het waarborgen van interne en externe raakvlakken.
- Het creëren van samenhang en efficiëntie binnen en tussen deelgebieden.
- Het bewaken van de uitvoeringsplanning en het uitvoeringsbudget in samenspraak met de projectleiders uitvoering.
- Het beoordelen van ontwerpen op efficiëntie, uitvoerbaarheid en kosteneffectiviteit.
- Het bieden van technische expertise en begeleiding aan projectteams en het stimuleren van proactief kennis vergaren bij interne en externe partijen.
- Het beoordelen en tijdig escaleren van waarschuwingen binnen het deelgebied.
- Het optimaliseren van de inzet van middelen (personeel, budget, tools) en ondersteunen bij de werving en ontwikkeling van uitvoeringsteams.
- Het coördineren met het aankoopteam om keuzes optimaal af te stemmen op de projectbehoeften.
- Het signaleren van knelpunten en het ontwikkelen van planmatige oplossingsstrategieën.
- Het ondersteunen en stimuleren van het besluitvormingsproces door heldere informatie, analyses en aanbevelingen aan te leveren.
- Het coördineren van de samenwerking tussen deelgebieden (bijv. KZT en OKA) en shared services (bijv. betoncentrales, WZI’s, logistiek).
- Het actief bevorderen en onderhouden van een goede relatie met de opdrachtgever, in lijn met de principes van NEC4.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma bouwkunde/burgerlijk bouwkundig of industrieel bouwkundig ingenieur.
- Je hebt 10 à 15 jaar (of meer) relevante ervaring in de bouwsector.
- Je beschikt over bewezen ervaring met projectmanagement in complexe, multidisciplinaire omgevingen.
- Je bent een sterke leider met uitstekende teammanagementvaardigheden en weet teams effectief aan te sturen en te motiveren.
- Je hebt een analytisch en oplossingsgericht vermogen, met oog voor zowel detail als het grotere geheel.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en blinkt uit in coördinatie en samenwerking.
- Je bent flexibel, schakelt snel in een dynamische omgeving en weet goed te anticiperen op onverwachte uitdagingen.
- Je hebt een goede algemene kennis van het Nederlands.

Overig: 4 dagen fysiek aanwezig en 1 dag werken vanuit huis mogelijk.
