BIM Expert
Als BIM expert zulen je belangrijkste taken zijn:
- Het opzetten en opvolgen van het BIM-model van het bouwproject.
- Het controleren van het BIM-model op consistentie, het signaleren van tegenstrijdigheden (clashdetectie) en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
- Het genereren van data uit modellen en het koppelen van de planning aan het BIM-model.
- Het ondersteunen van de collega’s van calculatie, aankoop en uitvoering bij de algemene werkvoorbereiding.
- Het deelnemen aan werfoverleggen en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor alle interne vragen omtrent BIM.
- Het creëren van draagvlak voor BIM binnen het team en het stimuleren van het gebruik ervan.
- Het aansturen en ondersteunen van teamleden: je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers tijdens hun onboarding, biedt dagelijkse coaching en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je beschikt over een bouwkundige opleiding, aangevuld met enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen een civiele scope;
- Ervaring met BIM 4D;
- Je hebt een passie voor BIM en de ambitie om je hierin continu verder te ontwikkelen;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Revit en AutoCAD;
- Je beschikt over sterk technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht;
- Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig ontwerpopdrachten kan uitvoeren;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

Overig: 4 dagen fysiek aanwezig en 1 dag werken vanuit huis mogelijk.
