Uitvoerder/ Werfleider
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
Als Uitvoerder/ Werfleider ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt op de werf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van eigen medewerkers en het opvolgen van de werkzaamheden van onderaannemers. Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:
- Het coördineren van de werf op basis van de werk- en uitvoeringsplannen.
- Het verzorgen van de nodige werkvoorbereiding met nadruk op de technische aspecten.
- Het bewaken van de naleving van veiligheids- en milieuprocedures.
- Het toezien op de kwaliteit van de uitvoering en het tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
- Het opstellen van dag- en weekplanningen, het zoeken naar optimalisaties en het controleren van rendement. Indien nodig grijp je in om bij te sturen.
- Het controleren van facturatievoorstellen van onderaannemers en leveranciers.
- Het rapporteren aan de hoofdwerfleider of projectleider.
- Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelordiploma bouwkunde, aangevuld met 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector (bij voorkeur civiel).
- Je combineert praktisch en technisch inzicht met oog voor administratieve verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent sociaal vaardig en organisatorisch sterk, waardoor je instructies helder en effectief weet over te brengen.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent in het bezit van een VOL-VCA.
- Je persoonlijkheid sluit aan bij ons DNA: je werkt constructief samen, legt de lat hoog voor jezelf en zoekt actief naar oplossingen bij uitdagingen.
