Gevraagd: Hoofdwerkvoorbereider
We ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een Hoofd Werkvoorbereider voor een groot infrastructuur project in Antwerpen.
Als hoofd werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van start tot oplevering.
Je taken omvatten onder meer:
- Het opvolgen van de voortgang van het werk doorheen alle fasen van het project.
- De aansturing en opvolging van collega-werkvoorbereiders. Je werkt mee de realisatiemethodes uit, denkt actief mee in oplossingen en bewaakt steeds het globale overzicht, waarbij je noden en prioriteiten niet uit het oog verliest.
- Het coördineren van de globale projectplanning.
- Het opvolgen van het ontwerpproces, inclusief het geven van feedback op de aangeleverde ontwerpplannen.
- Het ondersteunen van het aankoopteam bij de opmaak van prijsvragen, het beoordelen van offertes en aankoopdossiers, en het opvolgen van ontwerpdocumenten van onderaannemers/leveranciers na contractsluiting.
- Het uitvoeren van risicomanagement, eisenverificatie en afwijkingenbeheer.
- Nauwe samenwerking met de ontwerpmanager en projectleider uitvoering.
- Rapporteren aan de deelgebiedsmanager.
Functie-eisen:
- Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, met 5 à 10 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in de civiele sector.
- Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht, bent organisatorisch sterk en neemt graag initiatief.
- Je werkt resultaatgericht en doelbewust.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je persoonlijkheid sluit aan bij ons DNA: je werkt constructief samen met anderen, legt de lat hoog voor jezelf en zoekt actief naar oplossingen bij uitdagingen.
- Je kan zelfstandig problemen analyseren en bespreken met ontwerpers.

Contract: freelance, ZZP, BV
Overig: 4 dagen fysiek aanwezig en 1 dag werken vanuit huis mogelijk.
