We ARE Renewables is momenteel opzoek naar een Hoofduitvoerder voor een groot project in Antwerpen. Als Hoofduitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het veilig uitvoeren van alle werkzaamheden, ongeacht de omstandigheden.
- Het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden conform uitvoeringsbeschrijvingen, zodat wordt voldaan aan het ontwerp en de keuringsplannen. Afwijkingen meld je tijdig en je geeft proactief waarschuwingen.
- De uitvoering van het werk buiten, inclusief het werk van eventuele onderaannemers.
- Toezicht op de opvolging van maatregelen ter mitigatie van omgeving gerelateerde (veiligheids)risico’s of objectgebonden risico’s door onderaannemers, inclusief het geven van instructies aan medewerkers.
- De kwaliteit van het eindproduct, aantoonbaar gemaakt door tijdige en volledige uitvoering van 1e-lijns keuringen (inspecties).
- Toezicht op de werf, waarbij je eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor zowel medewerkers als de omgeving. De communicatie met stakeholders (bewoners, bedrijven, nutsmaatschappijen, diensten, etc.) verloopt in samenwerking met de omgevingsmanager. Meldingen over schades en klachten lopen eveneens via deze manager.
- Het tijdig en efficiënt uitvoeren van alle uitvoeringsactiviteiten.
- De opvolging van benoemde CBS-posten.
- Het aanleveren van informatie voor cost control.
- Het opstellen en opvolgen van materieel- en arbeidsplanningen.
- Het organiseren van startbijeenkomsten.
Functie-eisen:
- Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelor diploma bouwkunde, aangevuld met 10 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector (bij voorkeur in de civiele sector).
- Je combineert praktisch en technisch inzicht met gevoel voor administratieve verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent sociaal vaardig en organisatorisch sterk, waardoor je instructies helder en effectief weet over te brengen.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent in het bezit van een VOL-VCA.

Verwachte einddatum project: December 2032
Contract: freelance, ZZP, BV
Overig: 4 dagen fysiek aanwezig en 1 dag werken vanuit huis mogelijk.
