Field Service Engineer (4-stroke engines)
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Field Services Engineer for the department Field Service Marine in Antwerp for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- To carry out maintenance and repair activities;
- Lead other service technicians to carry out maintenance, commissioning, performance tests & root cause analysis;
- To carry out all kinds of maintenance, planned, unplanned, preventive, and troubleshooting;
- Assist in preventive vibration measurement and analysis, and preventive maintenance on the basis of this analysis;
- Implementation of tasks as part of the maintenance of 4-stroke engines;
- Installation, implementation, and troubleshooting of field services;
- Complete individual tasks and sub-packages;
- Deliver operational support in all stages of a project;
- Identify the spare parts requirements for maintenance activities;
- Analysis of the maintenance data and suggestions for improvement.
Additional info:
- Knowledge of electronic and pneumatic;
- You need to be flexible with working abroad;
- You are living or willing to relocate in the Antwerpen region and in possession of your own transport;
- You can be on jobs for several weeks;
- Working in the weekends;
- EU passport is a must (no work permits)
- Driver’s license B is a must.
- This is not a 9 – 5 job;
- Development opportunities into the positions of Senior Service Engineer and Superintendent.
