Property Manager
Property Manager – Benelux (Hybrid)
📍 Location: Zoeterwoude - Operating Benelux
🕒 Hours: Full-time
We are currently recruiting a Property Manager for one of our international clients active in the energy sector. In this role, you’ll be part of a European real estate organization, supporting local operations in the Benelux region. This is a diverse and hands-on position involving everything from lease negotiations and supplier management to space optimization and office concept implementation.
You’ll work closely with internal business units and external partners, reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate for Europe. The role offers flexibility in working hours and location, with a mix of remote and on-site responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, landlords, tenants, real estate agents, and FM/FS service providers
Prepare business cases, decision-making documents, and presentations for leadership
Plan and manage budgets and forecasts in collaboration with finance controllers
Oversee location strategy and implement workspace optimization concepts
Monitor and manage service delivery through external facility management partners
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, legal standards, and internal policies
Your Profile:
A degree in economics, engineering, real estate, or a comparable qualification (e.g. real estate specialist or economist)
5–10 years of professional experience in real estate, legal, or finance roles
A strong interest in property and facility management, with the ambition to grow in this field
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
A proactive, solution-oriented team player with strong stakeholder management skills
Able to balance business needs with budget and operational constraints
Duration: 6+ months
