Technical Field Support Specialist
We are currently looking for a Technical Field Support Specialist to join one of our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for finding solutions to technical issues raised by customers and partners using HVAC equipment. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and, together with an expert, deliver the right product-based solution.
As a Technical Field Support Specialist, you enjoy tackling technical challenges. While solving problems, you also identify new opportunities and help strengthen long-term customer relationships. Your week will be filled with a mix of technical problem-solving and hands-on support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and cost price calculations to customers and sales teams via phone and email.
- Assist in the successful implementation of systems when customers require additional guidance.
- Ensure accurate and complete data entry in internal systems.
- Take ownership of support tickets and follow through to resolution within the designated systems.
- You’ll be working in an informal yet professional environment with room for personal development. Your Profile:
- You're passionate about technology and enjoy building relationships, taking initiative, and spotting opportunities. You're commercially minded, can prioritize well, and understand customer needs.
- MBO level 3/4 or equivalent technical background, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, building technology, or climate control systems
- Engineering experience is a plus
- Comfortable and professional in client interactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch
- Able to work independently, in a structured way, and perform under pressure
Contract: 1-year contract to permanent
Hours per week: 40
