Lead TOS
As Lead TOS you are a strategic and people-oriented leader who is able to effectively manage teams at operational, tactical and strategic level. You create direction and structure, stimulate cooperation and know how to motivate and develop professionals in their profession. You always keep the balance between continuity, innovation and safety.
Responsibilities:
• Leading the TOS team (approx. 45 FTE), divided over the domains Telecom, OSS and Security - including coaching, prioritization and developing team structure and collaboration.
• Responsible for the availability and future-proofing of the telecom infrastructure and managing associated project activities.
• Coordinating and realizing the program for the renewal of the telecom architecture, within time, budget and quality frameworks.
• Expanding the OSS team and professionalizing processes around functional application management for IT/OT systems.
• Strengthening physical and IT/OT security together with internal specialists; contributing to ISMS processes and compliance with ISO 27001.
• Active stakeholder management towards internal departments (including IT, Operations, Purchasing) and external partners.
• Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities within the team and projects, and proactively managing them.
• Accountable to the Head PME and contributing to strategic decision-making within the leadership team.
Profile:
• Extensive experience (min 10 years) in managing larger, multidisciplinary teams in technical environments. You know how to motivate people and develop teams at operational, tactical and strategic levels.
• Demonstrable expertise in the domains of Telecom, IT/OT and Security, including knowledge of infrastructures and associated applications in a business-critical context.
• Insight into the dynamics of OT systems and functional application management, with experience in building or further developing such teams.
• Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure, preferably in the energy sector or similar sectors where reliability is essential.
• Experience with implementing security programs, such as ISMS and ISO 27001, including managing compliance and risk themes.
