De Performance Unit Grid Field Operations Netherlands (GFN) zorgt ervoor dat het Nederlandse hoogspanningsnetwerk (transformatiestations,
hoogspanningslijnen en -kabels), waarover marktpartijen elektriciteit kunnen transporteren, wordt onderhouden en verder uitgebreid.
Afdeling PME (Project & Maintenance Engineering):
De afdeling PME 'Project & Maintenance Engineering' onderdeel van GFO-N is verantwoordelijk voor voorbereidingen van de werkzaamheden in de Area's innovaties, ons Telecom netwerk, logistieke processen, asset data en documentatie en realisatie van een aantal complexe projecten.
Team PEN (Project Engineering):
Verantwoordelijk voor optimale en eenduidige uitvoering van de ontwerpfase van projecten, door oplossingen optimaal te baseren op
onze standaarden en veranderbehoefte. Doel: Projecten eenduidig voorbereiden, zodat de uitvoerende projectteams deze efficiënt kunnen uitvoeren.
Functie:
Als Engineer Secundair ben je verantwoordelijk voor en specifieke technische discipline, in jouw geval secundair installaties (besturing en beveiliging van het hoogspanningsnet). Je bent "sparring partner" voor de lead engineer en/of projectleider. Je voert overleg tussen de diverse disciplines, zet opdrachten uit richting engineeringbureaus en controleert de voortgang en voert reviews uit. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij het toepassen van detailstandaarden en innovaties in projecten binnen jouw eigen technische discipline en daarbuiten in geval van discipline overstijgende standaarden en innovaties, ontwikkeld door het team discipline engineering.
Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden als Secundair Engineer onder elkaar:
- Je bent onderdeel van projectteams en het aanspreekpunt en gesprekspartner voor technische vraagstukken met betrekking tot secundair techniek, van basisontwerp tot uitvoering en as-built oplevering;
- Je voert engineering activiteiten uit ten behoeve van alle secundaire componenten voor de hoogspanningsstations (≥ 50kV);
- Je stelt technische specificaties en werkpakketten op en bewaakt de technische compliance door het reviewen van berekeningen, tekeningen, rapportages en analyses van derden;
- Je vertegenwoordigt het engineeringsteam tijdens het aanbestedingsproces;
- Je bewaakt de technische en financiële risico’s en zorgt voor de juiste clients standaarden en uniformering;
- Signaleren en analyseren van projectissues en scopewijzigingen, adviseren en/of beslissen over technische alternatieven;
- Je haalt informatie op uit werkgroepen binnen TenneT m.b.t. het doorontwikkelen van het vakgebied, gericht op toepassing in de projecten;
- Je bent een actief lid van het secundaire team en deelt lessons learned met de overige secundaire engineers.
Jouw profiel:
- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding Elektrotechniek / Energietechniek;
- Je bent bekend met de principes, normen en voorschriften binnen de hoogspanningswereld;
- Je hebt >3 jaar werkervaring in de hoogspanningstechniek (>=110kV) in de rol van engineer secundair, bij voorkeur bekend met meerdere disciplines;
- Je hebt een brede kennis van secundaire installaties en de relevante raakvlakken met de (technische) omgeving. Dit omvat specifiek kennis van besturingsinstallaties en tertiaire installaties en affiniteit met beveiligingsinstallaties.
- Je hebt een helicopterview en kunt goed onder tijdsdruk werken;
- Je bent analytisch sterk;
- Als teamplayer ben je pro-actief, resultaat gericht, professioneel en in staat verschillende 'bloedgroepen' te verenigen binnen een project;
- Je hebt goed ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden, mondeling presentatie en ruime ervaring met projectmatig werken;
- Kennis van en ervaring met Systems Engineering (SE) is een pré;
- Kandidaat dient de Nederlandse taal volledig machtig te zijn.
Standplaats: Arnhem (minimaal 1 dag per week, waarbij woensdag een vaste samenwerkingsdag op kantoor is). Overige dagen hybride, waarbij werken in Arnhem of op een regiokantoor ook een optie is;
