What will you do?
As a Customer Service Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining complex medical equipment in laboratories including general practice labs and hospitals so they can serve their customers optimally. Alongside your colleagues, you’ll also be responsible for on-call support services. This involves identifying the root cause of issues, resolving malfunctions, and ensuring that the equipment is made available to the client as quickly as possible. This may be done remotely through support systems or on-site at the client's location.
You work accurately and draw conclusions from the available information to properly advise the client on the use and maintenance of the equipment. After completing your tasks, you provide a report including documentation of the work performed. Good communication with the client is essential. You collaborate closely with a team of colleagues and adhere to strict safety standards to ensure our clients can deliver the highest quality of care to their patients.

What do we ask of you?
Completed MBO+ or HBO education in Laboratory Technology, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of electronics, or willingness to follow additional training in this area
Experience as a Service Engineer for analytical or medical equipment is a plus
Flexible attitude and proactive mindset, with willingness to take part in on-call services outside office hours
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Possession of a valid driver’s license (B)
