We ARE Renewables is looking for a Adviseur Grondzaken (Area South: Gelderland/ Noord-Brabant/ Limburg) for one of our clients in the energy sector.

Functie:
Als Adviseur grondzaken ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het privaatrechtelijk zekerstellen van onze assets, Jij zorgt dat wij het recht hebben om onze infrastructuur aan te leggen, te hebben, te houden en te onderhouden op andermans grond zodat Nederland kan blijven rekenen op betrouwbare en duurzame energie.

Daarnaast ben jij onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:
  • Het optreden als projectleider/Adviseur privaatrecht binnen nieuwbouw- en verbouwprojecten (110/150 en 380 kV), binnen de gestelde kaders van tijd, geld en kwaliteit;
  • Het opstellen van projectplannen en -begrotingen, inclusief afstemming met opdrachtgevers;
  • Het bewaken van projectvoortgang, signaleren van risico’s, opstellen van rapportages en het nemen van corrigerende maatregelen;
  • onderhouden van relaties met interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder grondeigenaren, overheden en collega’s;
  • Het volgen van relevante juridische ontwikkelingen (zoals Omgevingswet  en Onteigeningswet) en vertalen van deze naar de praktijk.
Gevraagd:
  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een achtergrond in Rentmeesterij, Vastgoedbeheer, of Recht;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Ervaring met privaatrechtelijke kaders zoals opstalrechten, grondaankoop, Omgevingswet en Onteigeningswet;
  • Ervaring met beleidsmatige advisering en het leiden van projecten van middelgrote omvang;
  • Kandidaat dient de Nederlandse taal volledig machtig te zijn;
  • Onafhankelijk adviesvermogen: je weet belangen zorgvuldig af te wegen en juridische kaders te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen;
  • Projectmatig werken: je bent in staat projecten zelfstandig te leiden en overzicht te behouden in complexe situaties;
  • Stakeholdermanagement: je schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende partijen, zowel intern als extern.
