Customer Service Engineer
We Are Renewables is looking for a Customer Service Engineer, who will play a crucial role in delivering reliable and efficient services to the customers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of medical equipment at the customers’ locations. You will work closely with a team of colleagues and adhere to strict safety standards to ensure that the customers can provide the highest quality care to their patients.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical issues and performing on-site repairs.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance on our customers' medical equipment.
- Providing training and instructions to customers on how to use our equipment.
- Documenting all activities and maintaining service records.
- Collaborating closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure we deliver the best service to our customers.
- A completed technical education with extensive knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A valid driver’s license
