Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ambitious growth objectives of our organization. You will be responsible for assisting the Board of Directors of our client working closely with the Executive Assistants of the CEO, CFO, and other colleagues within the organization.
Responsibilities:
You will provide comprehensive support to the Board with a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring structure and efficiency in daily operations.
Your key tasks include:
Calendar management, overseeing information flow, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Organizing meetings, appointments, and events (e.g., meetings, lunches, dinners).
Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials, ensuring follow-ups on action items.
Administrative duties, such as processing purchase orders, handling expense reports, and managing orders.
Travel management, including occasional business trips and coordinating reservations.
Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary company information.
You will act as a gatekeeper for inquiries directed to the Board, proactively managing tasks. Due to the nature of the role, on-site presence is required at least three days per week, with the option for remote work up to two days per week. You will work closely with the CEO and CFO’s assistant to ensure continuous office presence and provide additional support when needed.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and socially skilled professional with strong prioritization abilities. You are known for being attentive, clear in communication, and assertive when necessary to ensure the CFO’s time is utilized efficiently. Your experience allows you to find solutions for various challenges with ease.
Qualifications:
Higher professional education (HBO) level with several years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working in a complex or international organization.
Fluent in Dutch and English (German proficiency is a plus).
Strong numerical insight and understanding of business processes is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Ability to collaborate effectively and take initiative in a fast-changing, multicultural corporate environment.
Living in the The Hague region.
