Customer Services Support Operator – Private Alarm Center
In this role, you combine back-office operations and customer interaction to ensure the efficient handling of incidents and the safety of our client’s customers. You will coordinate closely with service technicians, internal teams, and stakeholders while serving as a vital link in delivering timely and effective resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and handle customer safety incidents, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Inform customers about the progress of incident handling with a customer-oriented approach.
- Accept and process incoming telephone calls and emails, providing clear and solution-oriented responses.
- Dispatch service technicians, ensuring the right resources are deployed efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline alarm center operations.
- Contribute to improving processes and enhancing customer service performance.
Requirements:
Our client seeks a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Teamwork, flexibility, and a results-driven attitude are key to succeeding in this role. Additionally, you’ll need:
- MBO 2 level education or higher.
- Dutch language.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Accurate work habits and stress resistance under time pressure.
- A team-oriented mindset with decisiveness in critical situations.
- Flexibility to work 70% during the day and 30% evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Experience in a private alarm center or call center (preferred).
- Security Guard 2 diploma and/or basic training as an Alarm Center Operator (advantage).
- Residence within 40 kilometers of the location for on-call availability.
