Project Leader - Soil
. Direct and coordinate soil surveys.- Support planning prior to dismantling and redevelopment.
- Organize various environmental studies: from ecology and geotechnics to archaeology and explosives research.
- Ensure that all necessary preconditions ("conditioning studies") are in order so that a project can be carried out safely and sustainably.
A completed bachelor's or master's degree in an environmental, geophysical, cultural engineering, or technical field. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multidisciplinary or commercial, project-based environment. Knowledge of soil investigation and remediation, as well as related environmental laws, regulations, and standards. Experience in managing large-scale projects, including process control and stakeholder coordination. Familiarity with conditioning research, contamination assessments, and multidisciplinary field investigations. Excellent organizational skills, with a structured and precise working style. A team player with strong interpersonal skills, who can work independently and under pressure. Excellent command of Dutch in both spoken and written forms, with a good command of English. Experience with financial project management tools is an advantage
