We are Renewables is looking for a Project Leader - (Senior) project leader/project manager Soil & Conditioning
Responsibilities:
  • ​​​​​Direct and coordinate soil surveys.
  • Support planning prior to dismantling and redevelopment.
  • Organize various environmental studies: from ecology and geotechnics to archaeology and explosives research.
  • Ensure that all necessary preconditions ("conditioning studies") are in order so that a project can be carried out safely and sustainably.

Requirements:
  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree in an environmental, geophysical, cultural engineering, or technical field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multidisciplinary or commercial, project-based environment.
  • Knowledge of soil investigation and remediation, as well as related environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects, including process control and stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with conditioning research, contamination assessments, and multidisciplinary field investigations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a structured and precise working style.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, who can work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent command of Dutch in both spoken and written forms, with a good command of English.
  • Experience with financial project management tools is an advantage
