Electrical Engineer
As an Electrical Engineer you will work together with a Lead Engineer in a multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to grow into a Lead Engineer, Specialist or even Project Manager. You are responsible for:
You work on the design of complex electrical installations, from low-voltage systems to complex systems for large consumers. You are part of a multidisciplinary team and work closely with other disciplines such as construction, mechanical engineering and process engineering. You are responsible for the quality of your own design, which is checked by the Lead Engineer. In addition, you manage the hourly budget for your part of the project, together with the agreed planning.
For smaller projects you are the point of contact for the customer and you work independently on the design. You manage an electrical designer and ensure the coordination of the activities within your project. You support the Lead Engineer with technical advice and the preparation of technical descriptions and cost estimates. Signaling changes in the scope is a natural part of your task. You assist in the coordination of electrical installations, including lighting, grounding, lightning protection, tracing and communication systems.

- You have completed a degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field and have approximately 6 years of work experience in engineering within the industry.
- Technical knowledge and experience:
- You have knowledge of current electrical engineering concepts and unit prices. You are able to solve complex issues and translate them into practical solutions.
- Communicative and cooperative:
- You have good communication skills and work easily with colleagues and customers in both Dutch and English.
- Solution-oriented and flexible:
- You have a flexible attitude and can switch quickly to find the best solution for the challenges in each project.
