Business Administrator
As a Business Administrator within our clients Digital Industries Customer Service, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of processes and the organization. You will be responsible for invoicing and financial administration in the broadest sense of the word. You will act as a central point of contact, liaising with Business Controllers, inside sales colleagues, and sales representatives regarding agreements made with customers. Additionally, you will ensure timely payments from customers and assess quotes sent to clients. Compliance with the Internal Control Framework (ICFR/SOX) is a critical part of this role. What do you bring?
In addition to a positive, critical, and proactive mindset, along with a healthy dose of humor:
- A completed financial-economic MBO Level 4 education with 3 years of work experience or a completed financial-economic HBO degree.
- Affinity with IT and Excel. Experience with SAP or creating dashboards in Tableau during an internship or previous role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- A hands-on approach to financial administration that builds confidence for a successful career at our client
