Work Preparator/Project Coordinator (Unit: BRP - Realization) - South region
Project; Bay Replacement Program (BRP):
The work planner is responsible for all preparatory activities in such a way that projects and/or activities can be started and completed undisturbed in accordance with agreements.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- You provide the necessary material, equipment and services for third parties;
- You provide all the necessary information and inform those involved;
- Provides input for project schedules and planning typicals;
- Coordinate with stakeholders on the planning of deliveries;
- Ensures that he is continuously informed of the progress and acts where necessary;
- Takes care of the correspondence with stakeholders and takes care of the preparation of assignments in the financial systems and the handling (assignments) of the deliveries;
- Reconciles financial information with the financial administrative assistant;
- Ensures an up-to-date, correct risk file of the projects;
- Evaluates the progress of work, reports on deviations and captures learning moments;
- Keeps track of the administrative status of additional works (RFCs);
- Ensures that the long-term (critical) personnel needs of the project are incorporated into the systems;
- Supports the project leader, construction manager and the project team;
- Provides the information for the monthly project progress meeting (WIP meeting) in collaboration with the team;
- Supports in the development of (standard) processes.
- You have at least MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, demonstrable through diploma;
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a work planner with complex, infrastructural projects within a technical (project) organization, preferably with an E-component (HV);
- Experience with SAP is a must;
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English well, both verbally and in writing;
- You are described by those around you as professional, environmentally aware, decisive and independent;
