Executor - Construction Engineering
What are you going to do?
At Integrale Projecten Noord we are looking for a Construction Manager who will be involved in the daily running of the construction site. In this role you are responsible for the smooth running of challenging projects and you lead an implementation team. You do this in an integrated construction team in which the disciplines of construction, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering are represented.
Responsibilities:
• You are responsible for quality, safety, health and well-being are self-evident to you within your work environment. You are well able to convey and enforce the policy in this regard;
• You lead the implementation team efficiently and effectively;
• You maintain project administration and prepare reports on progress and cost monitoring;
• You report additional and reduced work and adjust the financial development of the project. In doing so, you ensure the presence of the necessary production resources on the project;
Must have:
• You have several years of work experience as an Executive;
• You have completed a degree in Construction Engineering or a related study;
• VCA-VOL and GPI certificate (or willingness to obtain these);
The location of this role is Groningen and you will start on a project in Drachten.
Location- Jeverweg 18, Groningen
Hours per week- 40
