Construction Manager
We are looking for a Construction Manager for a deployment at a pharmaceutical company in Leiden (NL). We are looking for a Construction Manager with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and managing a portfolio of construction projects.
The Construction Manager manages the site construction team and site contractors (construction team) on the construction site. He / she ensures that the project objectives in the areas of time planning, budget, quality and HSE are achieved and supervises the construction (daily). The construction manager is the direct point of contact for the site contractors. In addition to managing the site team, the focus will be on stakeholder management and change management.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
A completed HBO or WO education in a technical direction;
• You have gained several years of experience as a construction manager in a pharmaceutical environment.
• You can manage multidisciplinary teams and have a commercial drive;
• You speak and write fluent Dutch (must) and English.
• Safety and safety awareness are your number 1 priority. You ensure that your construction projects are carried out safely
• Experience with drawing up project goals, monitoring planning, scope, quality and selecting contractors is not foreign to you;
• You are someone who can organize well in order to ultimately be able to oversee complex projects;
• In addition, you are confident and result-oriented.
