We are looking for Project Managers for two specific area developments (Kastelenplein) and educational housing projects, We are looking for project managers who have demonstrable experience in managing spatial projects in the design phase.

What are the responsibilities of the role:

The Project Expertise department (with approximately 50 fellow project managers) is the knowledge center for professional project management. The department has over 160 challenging and complex spatial projects in its portfolio. Examples include the redevelopment of public space (including the redevelopment of the Inner City), area developments (including Knoop XL, Stadhuisplein, Op de Bleek, Kastelenplein, Winkel Centrum Woensel), housing projects in the city, sustainable real estate, educational housing, social care, energy transition (gas-free neighbourhoods), economic projects (including Brainport Innovation Campus) and mobility transition (HOV4).


What we are looking for:
 
  • You are responsible for the implementation of complex (sub)projects.
  • You manage and control the projects in terms of Risk, Money, Organization, Time, Information, Communication and Quality (R-GOTICK).
  • You lead your projects from the process instead of the content. And you make sure that you understand the main points, in order to be able to manage your project well.
  • You are broadly deployable in various types of spatial projects (investment and exploitation projects) and provide integral solutions. Products such as project plan, prior agreement, zoning plan, preliminary and final design, consultation, administrative file, development plan, management assessment and tendering are familiar territory for you;
  • You independently manage projects with an internal project organization and external partners with a medium lead time (approx. 1-4 years).
  • You have extensive work experience (approx. 3 to 6 years) as a project manager of spatial physical projects and have completed a project in various phases;
  • You have proven to be good at organizing and planning, but also at monitoring progress (project management).
