Technical Maintenance Coordinator - Electrical Engineering Hot Strip Mill
As a Technical Maintenance Coordinator for Electrical Engineering, you are responsible for the installation availability and reliability of the installations in the Grinding Shop. Your work mainly consists of helping to draw up Periodic Maintenance Plans, creating work instructions for these maintenance activities and improving them. During maintenance shutdowns (periodic and annual shutdowns) you supervise the outsourced activities and resolve the defects found at that time. You provide guidance to the maintenance companies.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- You are independently responsible for installation (IV) for the grinding shop;
- You work closely with colleagues from other departments and companies to achieve the desired results;
- You follow developments in technology and proactively look for improvements that can be implemented;
- Work involves 70% in the office and 30% in the grinding shop.
Requirements:
- You have an MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering, or you are willing to obtain one;
- Do you work accurately and are you able to set priorities independently?
- You are familiar with risk-based maintenance and the usefulness of this approach;
- For you, safety is not just a term, but you make an active contribution to it;
- You are familiar with planned maintenance and you can respond well to ad-hoc situations.
- Fluent in Dutch language.
