Installation Manager
What does the position entail:
Estimating, developing and planning required installation maintenance for a complex installation area. Inspection and maintenance plans, so that the technical condition of the installation is guaranteed and improved in the medium term.
The function is therefore responsible for an effective maintenance process for complex installations.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Collects information about the technical condition and improvement possibilities of the installation. Compares this with the specifications of
- the installation with regard to quality, reliability and efficiency and identifies the required maintenance activities;
- Draws up a multi-year maintenance plan, including the required annual budgets and investments, and coordinates these within the
- installation area and is responsible for the implementation of the plan.
- Work instructions, so that complex maintenance orders are translated into workable activities and schedules;
- Assesses the feasibility and efficiency of complex and downtime-related maintenance activities and determines the
- conditions of implementation;
- Determines working methods and work sequences, coordinates different professional disciplines and calculates the required capacity,
- hours, services and materials;
- Draws up concrete work instructions for maintenance employees and coordinates coordination within the team, other teams,
- firms, PTS and production. Performance of firms, so that the quality of services provided by third parties is controlled and guaranteed;
- Knowledge of technology at MBO 4 level to oversee the planning and execution of complex maintenance work;
- Knowledge of maintenance methods, maintenance planning and applicable rules, standards and regulations;
- Knowledge of the installations in conjunction with adjacent installations and the production process.
