Service Engineer
We Are Renewables is looking for a Service Engineer for a client in the medical image industry. As a Service Engineer Enterprise Services, you are ultimately responsible for all service delivery at one or more Enterprise Service clients with whom we have a long-term strategic partnership. This means that you ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction and equipment availability in the most cost-effective manner. You achieve this by ensuring optimal deployment at the client site, making sure that all maintenance is performed correctly and on time according to agreements, and continuously contributing to improving the service process, while also being part of the team in the hospital.
Responsibilities:
Operational Corrective Maintenance:
- Register malfunctions in Teamplay Fleet (SAP P58).
- 1st line troubleshooting with or without remote support from the Helpdesk.
- 2nd line troubleshooting if certified and the work allows.
- Order spares with or without helpdesk instructions.
- Report malfunctions to third parties.
- Monitor third-party malfunction follow-up (registration, reporting, follow-up actions, closure).
- Develop, coordinate, and follow up on the annual preventive maintenance plan.
- Communicate and implement preventive maintenance plan changes on time.
- Good basic knowledge of imaging medical technology and an affinity for the field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview under all circumstances.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, results, and quality-oriented.
- At least a completed technical higher education (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in (managing) clients.
- A desire for continuous improvement, valuing feedback and conveying this to others.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and creative, seeing opportunities rather than obstacles.
- Highly customer and service-oriented, willing to go the extra mile.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential for the role.
- Possession of a driver's license B.
- Understanding the importance of following processes.
