Senior Project Manager
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Senior Project Manager for one of our clients. Work takes place at Maastricht Airport. You must travel to Limburg regularly. Maybe to The Hague once a week.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and manages client projects according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and client requirements, with responsibility for economic results;
- Consults with customers about technical solutions, together with the Sales Manager or Key Account Manager;
- Clarifies customer goals and requirements and/or specifications in a request for proposal (RFP);
- Prepares participation in tenders and leads negotiations with customers;
- Coordinates the overall planning of the project and decides on the allocation of resources;
- Clarifies specifications and maintains constant contact with the responsible internal Project Manager;
- Monitors milestones and budget compliance, and takes actions to minimize costs of non-compliance;
- Maintains ongoing communication with customers, external contractors or other stakeholders;
- Coordinates agreed on-site commissioning measures, together with Site Engineering Management;
- Adheres to PM standards and Corporate Conduct Guidelines (e.g. tax regulations, export controls, EHS);
- Manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
Requirements:
- Experienced candidate with demonstrable experience with construction projects, security is an advantage;
- Communicative skills in the Dutch language, spoken and written preferably.
Location: Maastricht Airport and Limburg
Hours per week: 24 to 32 hours
Duration: 01/07/2024 to 01/01/2025
