Customer Care Center Planner/Dispatcher
What will you do?
As a Planner/Dispatcher, you will be part of the Customer Care Center, and you will be responsible for scheduling and planning the maintenance and repairs that need to be carried out on the clients equipment for Dutch customers. This resource planning includes Service Engineers, Application Specialists, and third-party technicians, as well as materials, tools, and/or measuring instruments.
Actively consulting and informing customers is essential, and you will be the first point of contact for escalations both internally and externally. Maintaining your contacts within your own group, with Service Engineers, Application Specialists, and other departments within the company, as well as with suppliers and partners, is important for performing your tasks effectively.
Challenges for Planner/Dispatcher
Monitoring activities and occupancy rates to ensure that agreements are met and that urgent activities can be carried out. It is also important to oversee the proper administrative processing of hours and materials by Service Engineers and Application Specialists.
What do we ask of you?
- You have (demonstrable) higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level
- Several years of work experience
- Full-time availability
- A customer- and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, initiative, teamwork, decisiveness, accuracy, and results- and quality-oriented approach
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of graphical planning boards / SAP is a plus
