Document Controller
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Document Controller for one of our clients in the renewables industry to join them.
Responsibilities:
• In coordination with the project Team Drawing up a document list for both its project
team as for suppliers and actively monitor them on time and completeness.
• Point of contact within the project for document-related matters
• Acting independently in Project Team
• Expedit from the Engineering Team and External Parties
• Working and preparing documents management plan
• Checking that all correspondence and documents by the project are standard
• Publishing, booking, and distributing all in and outgoing documentation and drawings
• Certainly, through reviews, samples, and audits the content of the document
The management system is correct.
• Maintaining and updating progress reports
Profile:
• Minimum 6 years of experience with document control activities
• Ownership and independent
• No 9 to 5 mentality
• Own at least a completed MBO course, possibly supplemented with vocational training
• Own strong written and oral expression skills in Dutch and English
• Is convincing, analytical, and decisive
• Can see through processes and approach them from a project-based approach
• Is solution-oriented and thinks about opportunities and possibilities
• Living in the The Hague region (<45km);
• Work week from 32-40 hours. Partially working from home is possible in consultation.
