Senior Planner/ Dispatcher
We Are Renewables is looking for a Planner/ Dispatcher for one of our clients in the energy industry.
Tasks:
- As a Planner/Dispatcher you are part of the Customer Care Center and you qualitatively plan the maintenance and repairs that need to take place on the client's equipment for Dutch customers;
- The resource planning that comes with this consists of Service Engineers, Application Specialists, third-party technicians, materials, tools, and/or measuring instruments;
- Actively consulting and informing customers is essential and you are the first point of contact for escalations, both internally and externally;
- Maintaining contacts within your own group, with Service Engineers, Application Specialists, and other departments within the company, but also with suppliers and partners, is important to be able to perform your task properly.
Profile:
- You have an HBO diploma;
- Several years of work experience;
- Full-time availability;
- Communicative skills, solution-oriented, you take initiative, are a team player, decision-making skills, accurate, results & quality-oriented;
- Knowledge of graphic planning board / SAP is an advantage;
- Good command of Dutch and English language, both written and oral.
Location: Den Haag.
Contract: Temporary to Permanent.
Hours: 40h
