HR Coach
We ARE Renewables is looking for an HR Coach for one of our clients. You will lead approximately 45 temporary and permanent employees across 5 teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for operational HR tasks, HR policies and managerial duties related to team inflow, throughflow, and outflow;
- Responsible for team composition and the continuous improvement of the Agile way of working, both in short and long term;
- Collaborating with the Product Owner and Scrum Master, you create the team planning, ensuring the quality and delivery of personnel;
- You lead approximately 45 temporary and permanent employees across 5 teams;
- You will report to an MPO (Manager PO), a member of the Management Team within the Business Unit Technology.
- You will report awareness, knowledge and implementation of Agile principles within the teams.
- HBO-level education and thinking;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, coaching, guiding and developing professionals;
- Knowledge of various coaching and development methodologies and tools;
- Experience with Agile practices;
- Demonstrable management skills, including change management and results-oriented steering;
- Experience with various HR tools in performance management;
- Experience in resource management, including recruitment and selection;
- Affinity with (digital) financial services;
Location: Amersfoort
Hours per week: 32-40 hours
Intended period: 30th of June 2024,
