DP-Works Manager
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Works Manager for the operational execution of works on site, and manage offshore installation projects. You can rely on a team of site superintendents and project engineers. You will be reporting directly to the project manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- You are going to organize the planning of the work.
- You are going to focus on the optimization and execution of the project.
- You are going to take care of the client’s needs (internal and external).
- You are going to contribute to the efficient realization of the project activities.
- You will organize the planning of the work.
- You will manage QHSE-S standards and keep the project within time and budget.
- You work closely together with Superintendents and Project Engineers on site and you coordinate the operational staff.
- You have a master's degree in (Civil) Engineering, preferably with a specialization in construction, or the equivalent by experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with complex offshore engineering projects is required.
- Willing to go offshore in rotations for long periods of time.
- You can work autonomously and are a problem-solver by nature.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
- Teamwork is one thing you value highly.
- Working abroad on one of our projects for a longer period of time is no issue.
- English is our common language. Knowledge of any other language is an asset.
